15 year old YouTube sensation Paulina Cerrilla was born in Houston, Texas. With a passion for singing and acting and with the support of her parents, she decided to pursue her music career in the heart of the music industry - Los Angeles, CA.   YouTube has become a great platform for Paulina to reach the world with her music. She started posting videos of herself singing various Spanish and English covers in late 2008. She has worked with many talented producers and artists. Paulina post videos every week and is now working on writing and releasing new, original music. She has reached over 16.5 million views and 70k subscribers in a six month period (May – Nov, 2010).   Having started at a very early age at family and friends gatherings, she got into singing competitions and acting, achieving recognition from her voice and acting coaches, her audience and political and sports venues. She has been invited to sing at her hometowns Mayor’s black tie gala, the National Anthem at professional MLS game, performed at Macy’s thanksgiving day’s parade in New York and was a finalist at Moscow’s International New Wave competition representing the USA. She has also been cast to musicals at Houston’s Theatre Under The Stars and Fort Bend Theatre, together with commercials and student films in Houston and Los Angeles.   She has taken classes from renowned voice coaches such as Lis Lewis (Britney Spears, Rihanna, Gwen Stefani, Cobie Caillat, Demi Lovato, etc.) and acting coaches such as Cameron Thor (Cameron Diaz, Christina Applegate, Sharon Stone, Madonna, Faye Dunaway, etc.). Paulina is currently  managed by Joe Mulvihill.
