Two young men decide to live it up in the days before they're shipped off to the war in this touching film that tells the story of an entire generation of boys sent to the battlefield before their time. World War II is well underway and Henry and Nicky (Sean Penn and Nicholas Cage) will soon don the U.S. uniform and begin their military careers on the bloody shores of Europe.
