This game still needs a huge patch in the coming weeks but the gameplay IMO is much better than 2K9, and it's much harder because of defense. It just requires more practice. Here is a match played against CPU controlled Lakers on All Star difficulty with almost the default sliders (only more fouls and a little bit lower CPU FG%).
