KTLA News September 9, 2008 Mission Viejo -- Sheriff's deputies are searching for a man accused of robbing a young bus rider at knife point while on his way to court. The alleged robbery happened last Wednesday and was captured by a surveillance camera on the Orange County Transit bus. According to investigators, the man first tried to get on the bus near Saddleback College without the More.. proper fare saying he would get in trouble if he was late to a court hearing. He was able to get enough money from another passenger. He then sat down next to a 14-year old boy. Investigators say he pulled out a knife, threatened the boy and stole his ipod. The suspect, who is believed to be between 18 and 22 years old, was apparently on his way to see his probation officer.
