Celebrity chef Ming Tsai is coming to judge Lakewood Elementary’s first ever cooking contest! Arthur thinks he has a shot at winning -- if only he can get his dad to stop telling him what to do. In the end, Arthur experiences the joy of cooking firsthand… and he discovers that sometimes culinary mistakes create the best dishes./Buster volunteers to deliver the school mail and finds out that his new job is actually hard work!
