XChange (also spelt Xchange and X Change) is a 2000 Canadian motion picture science fiction thriller directed by Allan Moyle.
In the near future, a company called Xchange owns a mind transference technology that enables instantaneous travel by swapping bodies with someone at the destination. A member of the privileged corporate class ("Corpie") Xchanging for the first time unwittingly switches bodies with a terrorist. Forced to hide in a limited life span cloned body with just 2 days remaining, he races against time to stop the terrorist and regain his body. Written by Geoffrey C. Wenger
Approximately 90 minutes after the onset of sleep, the body slips into total paralysis and the electrical activity of the brain slows down to indicate a seemingly temporary termination of all sensory experience. But are we really detached from the impulses of the outside world in this state? Sleeping isn't always dreaming according to this waking nightmare. Kane D'Ebano is tormented by a recurring dream where a group of mediums accuse him of interfering with their séance - and then they kill him. To avoid this replaying trauma, Kane relies on just a few minutes of sleep per night. After all medical attempts to solve his problem fail, Kane seeks the help of psychiatrist Claire Reins rumored to have developed an innovative method to break the destructiveness of sleep patterns. But even she can't envision what will happen when she hypnotizes Kane and enters his dream with him... Written by Anonymous
