The Volvo China Open is a men's golf tournament which is co-sanctioned by the European Tour and the Asian Tour. The European Tour sanctions several events in Asia, and is making a particular effort to exploit the Chinese market. The event was first played in 1995 and has been part of the European Tour's schedule since 2003.
