Only the TV series has continuity with the original film.
Based on the 1995 Sandra Bullock movie, this 1998 television series stars Melrose Place's Brooke Langton in the role of Angela Bennett. Angela is a computer hacker who specializes in debugging systems. On one of her routine assignments she stumbles on a plot by a secret society called the Praetorians to control the world through computer systems. Led by Trelawny, the Praetorians erase Angela's existence and replace her identity with that of Elizabeth Marx, a criminal and fugitive from the law. Aided by individuals she finds along the way and by a mystery computer email contact known as Sorcerer, Angela strives to foil the Praetorian's plans, save the world and get her life back. Angela Bennett's a software engineer type who works from home and has few friends outside of cyberspace. Taking her first vacation in years she becomes embroiled in a web (sic) of computer espionage. Written by Rob Hartill
Angela Bennett is a computer expert. This young and beautiful analyst is never far from a computer and modem. The only activity she has outside of computers is visiting her mother. A friend, whom she's only spoken to over the net and phone, Dale Hessman, sent her a program with a weird glitch for her to de-bug. That night, he left to meet her and was killed in a plane crash. Angela discovers secret information on the disk she has received only hours before she leaves for vacation. Her life then turns into a nightmare, her records are erased from existence and she is given a new identity, one with a police record. She struggles to find out why this has happened and who has it in for her. Written by Cyril Morcrette
This is a lost film.
A secret jet aircraft capable of traveling three times the speed of sound is being developed by a group of scientists secretly. On the day of the test flight, one of the scientists dies in a mysterious accident, and there are many arguments concerning the flight itself; some think it should be ground-controlled while Heathley (James Donald) wants it to be a manned flight with himself at the controls. Conflict also arises when one of his fellow scientists, taking advantage of Heathley's lack of attention toward his wife, Lydia (Phyllis Calvert), makes some moves on her. Then there is the question of just who is the enemy agent on the project. The single-minded Heathly, much to his dismay and little to his credit, uncovers him when he chooses his co-pilot.
