Samaire Rhys Armstrong ( "sah-MEE-rah"; born October 31, 1980) is an American actress best known for her roles as Emily on Entourage, Anna Stern on The O.C., Nell Bedworth in the 2006 romantic comedy It's a Boy/Girl Thing, and Juliet Darling on ABC's Dirty Sexy Money.
Graduated from Sedona Red Rock High School; played volleyball for two years before turning her attention to drama.
Was cast in almost all of her high school productions after she got into acting.
Enrolled at the University of Arizona for a year to major in costume design and theater but left after a year.
