This movie was part of an experimental pilot program at Tulane University in Spring 2005 to explore the idea of adding a film major. The school granted the class $100,000 to make the film. Professional producers, grips and crew were brought in to help the students make a film. Instead of a film major, a coordinate digital media major was made linked to the departments of Art, Communication, Music and Theatre.
In cooperation with Tulane University, students from Xavier University also participated in the pilot film program.
