Michael William Krzyzewski (Polish: Krzyżewski; ʃəʃɛfˈskiˌ; in American English transliteration "shuh-shef-skee"; born February,13 1947 in Chicago, Illinois) is the Duke Blue Devils men's basketball coach. He has also been the coach of the national team of the United States since 2005. He has led his team to three NCAA Championships, 10 Final Fours (third most in history), and 10 ACC Championships over 28 seasons at Duke. Second on the active coaches wins chart, Krzyzewski has amassed an NCAA-record 68 NCAA tournament victories, while averaging more than 25 wins per season. Coach K: Duke Basketball.
