Lindsay Corine Taylor (born May 20, 1981 in Poway, California) is a former American collegiate and a professional basketball player who has played in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), Ligue Féminine de Basketball (LFB), the WKBL and most recently the Polish Women's League. In the WNBA she has played for three teams, the Houston Comets, the Phoenix Mercury and then for a brief period in 2006 that lasted only a few weeks she played for the Seattle Storm. In the WKBL Lindsay has played for the Turkish team, the Botasspor Adana on two separate occasions.
Taylor is well known for her height, 6ft 8in, which has made her concecutively the tallest player in all the team's she has played for. She is the tallest player in UC Santa Barbara Women's basketball history and is tied with Katie Feenstra and Maria Stepanova (both of whom are 6ft 8in) as the second tallest person to play in the WNBA. Only Margo Dydek, at 7ft 2in (2.18 m), is taller then her.
