John Martino (born 1937) is an American actor.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he began his singing and acting career as a teenager. He studied with John Cassavetes, Academy of Dramatic Arts and Universal Art Studios, which led to off-Broadway theater in Hat Full of Rain, he then had a hit song called Baby Sitting Baby that landed him on American Bandstand. Shortly thereafter, Martino moved to California to pursue his acting career.
Martino landed a role in The Wild Wild West in which he became a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He had many acting roles but his big break was when he landed the role of Paulie Gatto in Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather. He went on to star with Claudia Jennings in Truck Stop Woman, and Warren Oates in Dillinger. Martino's career has brought him back and forth between New York and California, he now lives in Central Florida with his wife and their two sons. He is currently pursuing his writing career and has numerous projects in the works. He reprised his Paulie Gatto role in the Electronic Arts video game of The Godfather. He is also the creator of Hollywood Movie Hair Products, which hit stores in late 2006.
John Martino will make a cameo appearance in next year's epic comedy, City of Shoulders and Noses, as a New Haven nightclub impresario. The film is being produced by Sybil Danning, George Parra, and Tommy Ardolino.

John just won a Crystal Reel Award for best lead actor for his part in the feature film "Confessions of a Thug" and it was presented to him by the Florida Motion Picture Television Association. John is now licensed through Paramount Pictures to manufacture and sell Godfather License Plates, frames and key chains just in time for the 2007 holiday season.
