Ingrid Kavelaars (born March 20, 1971) London, Ontario is a Canadian film actress.

Twin sister is Monique Kavelaars

Was Miss Teen London in 1987 and was first runner-up in the Miss Teen Canada pageant that year. Her twin sister Monique Kavelaars won the pageant in 1989.

Older sister Annette was Miss London 1984, and competed in the 1985 Miss Canada Pageant.

Attends David Rothenberg (I)'s on-camera acting class with fellow actors Scott Speedman, Kenneth Mitchell (I), Polly Shannon and Rachel McAdams.
