Happily N'Ever After is a 2007 computer-animated film based on the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. It is a Vanguard Animation production, released by Lionsgate Films. The title is a variation/the opposite of happily ever after.

Released in theatres January 5 2007, the film stars voices of Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze, Jr., Andy Dick, Wallace Shawn, Patrick Warburton, George Carlin, Sigourney Weaver and Michael McShane. The film received negative reviews and was a box office bomb.
