Debra Renee Wilson Skelton (born April 26, 1962) is an American comedian and actress. Wilson is notable for being one of the original cast members on sketch comedy series MADtv and for once being the longest-serving cast member on the show. (That record was tied by fellow cast member Aries Spears in 2005 and broken by Michael McDonald in 2006). She has also done voice work for the animated series The Oblongs, American Dad, Family Guy, Gary and Mike, The Proud Family and Clone High.

When she guest-starred in season ten of "Mad TV" (1995) they only aired three out of the four sketches that she taped. The one they left unaired was a new parody sketch of Whitney Houston & Bobby Brown (I).
"Mad TV" (1995) decided to air her "Whitney & Bobby" sketch, parodying Whitney Houston & Bobby Brown (I) later on in the tenth season (on 14th May 2005). Even though she had done all of her sketches in one taping, "Mad TV" (1995) made it look as if she came back for a second guest appearance.
Her pets include a boa constrictor named Lizzie and two cats named Nala & Tabatha.
Appeared in a deleted scene in the movie American History X (1998).
