Bernard Robinson (basketball) (Wikipedia.org)

Bernard Gregory Robinson, Jr. (born December 26 1980 in Washington, D.C.) is an American professional basketball player who is currently a free agent.

After a career at the University of Michigan, where he helped lead the Wolverines to the 2004 NIT title, Robinson was a second round draft pick of the Charlotte Bobcats in the 2004 NBA Draft. As a rookie in 2004-05, Robinson appeared in 31 games, averaging 3.0 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.

On January 3, 2007, Robinson was traded by the Bobcats to the New Jersey Nets for Jeff McInnis.

In the 2007 offseason, he tore his medial collateral ligament in his left knee. On October 29, 2007, he was traded to New Orleans Hornets along with Mile Ilic for David Wesley. Both of them were immediately waived by the Hornets.

Bernard Robinson (production designer) (Wikipedia.org)

Bernard Robinson was born in Liverpool, England in 1912 and died in 1970. He designed sets for several of Hammer's films in their heyday, including The Curse of Frankenstein (1957), Dracula (1958), Curse of the Werewolf (1960), The Phantom of the Opera (1962), The Gorgon (1964) and Quatermass and the Pit (1968). He was known for giving the Hammer films a lavish, expensive look while working on a restricted budget. The association ended with his premature death in 1970.

Bernard Robinson (footballer) (Wikipedia.org)

Bernard Cecil Robinson (born 5 December, 1911 in Cambridge, died 29 November, 2004 in Norwich) was a footballer who spent his entire professional career with Norwich City F.C.. He was a half-back, and is regarded as one of the club's greatest ever players.

Robinson played 380 games for Norwich (scoring 14 goals) from his debut on 2 April 1932 at Exeter City to his final appearance on 12 March 1949 against Ipswich Town at Carrow Road. The Second World War took six years out of his career, but for which he may well have become the club's appearance record holder. He was a member of the Norwich team that won the Division Three (South) Championship in 1934 and was considered an expert penalty taker.

After retiring from football, Robinson briefly ran a public house. By the time of the club's centenary celebrations in 2002, Robinson was the club's oldest surviving player.
